Absolutely the Best, had an appointment 1/24/26 and it truly was the best cleaning I have ever had. Talking to a person who has a lot of Dental work. Staff was very personable and accommodating. Of course, Dr. Laura is purely awesome

I feel bad leaving a negative review but I have to be completely honest about my experience. I have been going to Dr Laura’s for over a year and a half. I have had been getting regular cleanings/x-rays done for $99. I do not have dental insurance so I have been paying cash. I have spent over $2000 in cleaning/exams, fillings and a crown here. In the past 18 months, I apparently get new cavities after each 6 month exam. A year ago I went in for an exam and she told me I had a cavity on my molar, so I did what I thought was the right thing to have it filled. I have never had any issues with this tooth before. During the procedure she took off a significant portion of my tooth leaving a gap between my teeth that has created new issues with inflammation and sensitivity in that area which were non-existent before. I was not expecting to lose this much of my tooth and have sensitivity issues for a simple filling. During my next cleaning and full exam (6 months later) I was told I have 3 additional cavities that would be another $800 to fill, which I skeptically decided not to get done by her. Very disappointed with this clinic. The “cleaning” was just scraping with a hook and quick polishing — no proper deep cleaning. Worse, the hygienist damaged my retainer during the procedure, and when I emailed them, I never got a reply. If you care about your teeth and professionalism, I do not recommend this place.

This review is meant to be transparent about my experience and objective. I visited this practice for tooth pain. The first visit I had they took scans and performed a cleaning - the young girl taking my scans appeared very inexperienced - no big deal, maybe in training. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was pleasant.. although I thought it was odd to forego a few steps typical cleanings entail, one of which was flossing. Then it came time for the dentist to review my scans, where she noted I had 5 cavities… Granted I knew I had at least one going on with the pain I was having but 5? Seemed fishy. Fast forward to my first appointment for a filling… two of which were done during this appointment. I was taken in and given the shot to numb the area and then was left in the room for ~ 20 to 25 minutes… with my head titled all the way down basically upside down. The doc eventually returns and begins the dental work (the tech with her again seemed very inexperienced as she was getting visibly frustrated with him not giving her the right tools or completing his part of the procedure). After drilling out the cavity areas, I am then left alone for another 20 minutes … with my teeth exposed

I had a dental emergency today, on a Saturday, over a holiday weekend. I have never been seen by this office before, called at 10am, and was in their chair by 11am. That alone I will forever be grateful for! They got me in immediately, and took such good care of me. Every staff member was excellent at their job, and very personable and patient. I have a fear of the dentist, and I was at ease and reassured the entire time. Dr. Laura was compassionate and kind. She has a very soothing aura, and was extremely receptive to when I was feeling pain, and never pushed anything too far. I can’t say enough about the pleasant experience I had at this office. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone, especially if you are uncomfortable with the dentist office. Thank you again to every one at this amazing office for not only saving the day, and squeezing me in, but never making me feel like I was an inconvenience calling a few hours before they closed.
